- Secondary Legislation such as Statutory Instruments which are entered into law but with parliamentary approval only, the full legislative process of an Act is not required;
- PPNs and other government guidance setting out the rules which guide the buyers - know what they are required to do by law;
- Checklists, bite sized courses and other information to help you understand the new regulations and to tender successfully in the future;
- Articles giving detailed descriptions of aspects of the new requirements relevant to the services, health and social care sectors with suggestions for action.
